Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the UK only.

Dispatch time

All items are made to order. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Delivery

UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on the service used.

Tracking

If tracking is available, you’ll receive a link in your dispatch email.

Missing orders

If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll look into it.

Returns

Returns & exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• unworn

• unwashed

• in original condition

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items

If something isn’t right, email admin@fitpigs.com with a photo and description within 28 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
